Position Available:

Tuscan Sun Spa & Salon is currently seeking a knowledgeable and talented Salon & Spa Director to join our team of spa professionals! This is a full-time position. Training will be available to qualified applicants.

Position Overview:

Interview and train prospective team members according to company standards Lead Tuscan Sun Spa and Salon's team in a motivating manner Actively communicate the vision of Tuscan Sun Spa and Salon to team members Ensure customer service, revenue, and efficiency goals and expectations are met and exceeded Resolve issues with clients and team members Maintain paperwork related to clients and team members Provide exceptional customer service to every client Assist with any cleaning tasks and daily responsibilities Attend regular staff meetings and training

Applicant Requirements:

Must possess one to two years of experience in the salon and/or spa industry Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills Problem solving skills Proven ability to lead a large team Computer skills
