Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced nail professional and natural leader to serve as the Lead Nail Technician and Spa Manager for a brick-and-mortar nail salon where you call the shots! This is not just a management role; this is an opportunity to lead a team, build a brand, and shape a space where beauty, culture, and business all intersect. We are a growing ownership group of beauty and wellness locations, and looking for an on-site partner . •Serious management partners only. Ideal candidates include experienced Nail Technicians who: Are studio suite operators Are at-home nail business owners Senior technicians ready for leadership Have a loyal client base who will follow you. Compensation & Earning Potential This role offers multiple income streams: 1. Personal Service Income ( As a Lead Technician) Commission-based earnings on services you perform. 2. Profit Sharing ( As the Spa Manager) Additional income from the entire revenue of the salon . This structure allows the on-site partner to benefit from: High service volume Strong team performance Client retention and repeat bookings Responsibilities Manage daily spa operations, ensuring smooth workflow and outstanding guest experiences Lead and motivate a team of nail technicians, provide coaching and support to enhance their customer service & technical skills Help others reach their maximum earning potential. Understand how to use the power of social media to help grow business. Perform high-quality nail services, including: Gel X , Acrylic, Builder Gel, Poly-Gel, and advanced nail art designs. Oversee inventory management for supplies and products to ensure availability for all services offered Qualifications Required Active New York State Nail Specialty License Minimum 5 years of professional nail technician experience Strong technical skills in manicure, pedicure, and nail art Preferred Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred Existing clientele is a plus Leadership or salon management experience
