Job Description

Position Overview Silver Mirror is seeking a high-performing, entrepreneurial Store Manager to lead one of our growing locations. This role is responsible for driving membership growth, increasing top-line revenue, developing a strong sales culture, and creating an elevated guest experience while maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who takes full ownership of their business, motivates teams to exceed goals, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. A passion for skincare, hospitality, and sales leadership is essential.
Compensation Hourly Rate:
$30 + Monthly Performance Bonuses Schedule Full-Time position, 40 hours for 5 days, including a weekend day. Benefits 401(k) with company match after one year Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Employee discounts on services and products Your Role at Silver Mirror As a Store Manager, you will lead all aspects of the business with a strong focus on membership sales, guest retention, team performance, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for building a high-performing front desk culture while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional guest service. Primary Responsibilities Drive Membership and Revenue Growth Lead membership sales efforts and create a sales-focused culture that consistently drives conversions, retention, and top-line revenue growth. Coach the team daily on guest engagement, sales conversations, and closing techniques. Store Ownership & Leadership Take full ownership of store performance, team accountability, and operational execution. Lead by example and create a culture of accountability, urgency, and hospitality. Guest Experience Excellence Ensure every guest receives a best-in-class experience from arrival to checkout. Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally while maintaining Silver Mirror's standards of excellence. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, coach, and motivate front desk teams to achieve sales and service goals. Conduct ongoing performance management and develop future leaders within the organization. Business Development & Partnerships Develop local partnerships with residential buildings, offices, retailers, and corporate organizations to drive new guest acquisition and brand awareness. Coordinate and host community and partnership events. Operational Management Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining facility standards. Ensure the store operates efficiently and professionally at all times. Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor KPIs including memberships, revenue, retail sales, guest retention, and conversion metrics. Use reporting and analytics to identify opportunities and improve performance. Qualifications 3+ years of management experience in a sales-driven, hospitality, wellness, retail, or beauty environment Proven track record of driving sales, memberships, and team performance Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Highly organized with strong operational and problem-solving skills Self-starter with an ownership mentality and entrepreneurial mindset Passion for skincare, wellness, and the guest experience Experience with MindBody or similar booking/POS systems preferred Why Join Silver Mirror?
