As we grow, we are building stronger systems around therapist performance, retention, hiring, and development. We are looking for a dedicated leader to help drive that next phase. About the Role We are hiring a Massage Therapist Success Manager to lead therapist hiring, onboarding, performance, and development across our studios. This is a people management and operations role , not a massage therapy role, you do not need to be a licensed massage therapist, however that is a plus! You will oversee a team of 70+ therapists, ensuring we are: Hiring high-quality talent Setting therapists up for success from day one Holding clear performance standards Actively coaching and developing the team This role requires a strong in-studio presence , high accountability, and the ability to balance supportive coaching with direct performance management . Schedule & Structure 3-4 days per week, in-studio Part-time to start, with potential to grow into full-time Must be available for some nights, weekends and holidays. Core Responsibilities 1. Hiring, Staffing & Onboarding Own therapist hiring process from interview through offer Ensure studios are properly staffed based on business needs Partner on sourcing strategy and pipeline management Oversee and improve onboarding experience for all new hires Ensure new therapists are set up for success within their first 90 days Track and improve new hire success metrics (retention, rebooking, performance benchmarks) 2. Team Performance Management Own therapist performance metrics, including retention and rebooking Monitor performance across locations Identify high performers and team members needing support Lead performance conversations and implement improvement plans (PIPs) Ensure consistent follow-up and accountability across all locations 3. Coaching, Training & Development Manage and evolve therapist coaching and development programs Coach therapists on client communication, treatment planning, and rebooking Reinforce training standards and ensure consistency across all studios Conduct structured check-ins (30, 60, and 90 days for new hires, and yearly reviews) 4. In-Studio Leadership Act as a visible, present leader across all studio locations Support therapists in real time and address day-to-day challenges Reinforce company standards, policies, and client experience expectations Maintain a high-performance, professional, and accountable team culture 5. Performance Systems & Accountability Own and maintain therapist performance on a weekly basis Track retention, rebooking, and utilization trends Ensure performance processes (check-ins, coaching, PIPs) are executed consistently Identify patterns and bring forward solutions to improve team performance 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with leadership on hiring strategy, onboarding improvements, and training initiatives Help evolve systems and processes as the company scales Act as a key bridge between therapists and leadership What We're Looking For 2+ years of high-end hospitality experience managing a team (spa, wellness, luxury service environment strongly preferred) Proven experience in hiring, onboarding, and developing team members Background in performance management, coaching, and accountability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Proactive and self-directed.
