FABIO'S HAIR & COLOR STUDIO SALON COORDINATOR / FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
Location:
1737 2nd Ave, New York, NY Fabio's Hair & Color Studio is seeking a friendly, reliable Salon Coordinator / Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a key part in creating a smooth, welcoming salon experience.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, texts, and client inquiries Book, confirm, and manage appointments in Fresha Greet clients and provide excellent customer service Check clients in and out Process payments and handle daily transactions Keep stylists on schedule and assist with client flow Promote and recommend salon services and retail products Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area Communicate client needs or issues to the team when necessary
Requirements:
Previous salon or beauty industry experience preferred Experience with salon booking software (Fresha experience a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Weekend availability required
Compensation:
$18-$20 per hour based on experience Retail sales bonus (earn commission on product sales) Employee discounts on services and products Growth opportunities within the salon
