SALON & SPA FRONTDESK / APPOINTMENT BOOKING ROOM POSITION
We are expanding our Front Desk and Booking Room Team at our 10,000 square foot beauty and wellness mecca at the Loews Regency Hotel - on Park Avenue, NYC. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the top salons/spas in the United States. We are seeking either full or part-time Client Service/Booking Room Staff who have a passion for beauty, and enthusiasm for delivering specialty service at the highest level. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Efficiently book appointments for a super-busy 7 day per week salon & spa, and manage multi-line phones Deliver specialty service to our upscale clientele Advise clients on our service offerings and products Take phone orders from clients Miscellaneous administrative work
QUALIFICATIONS
Enthusiastic, service-oriented and a positive attitude Previous salon, spa or retail experience Strong computer skills, previous salon or spa booking software experience preferred Ability to multi-task under pressure with grace and a smile Flexible in schedule and shifts as we are open 7 days/week Effective communicator and team player Highly organized and detail oriented All serious inquiries please submit your resume for immediate consideration.
