About Gilded Ritual Gilded Ritual is one of New York City's leading luxury nail spa brands, specializing in precision Russian manicures and elevated client experiences. With over 20,000 annual clients, strong retention, and premium service standards, we have built a category-defining brand in Tribeca and are expanding into a multi-location business across NYC and beyond. Our clientele includes professionals, tastemakers, and high-profile individuals who expect discretion, consistency, and exceptional service. The Role We are seeking a Spa Operations Manager to lead our flagship Tribeca location. This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment and can take full ownership of day-to-day execution, team performance, and client experience. You will work closely with ownership, who oversees financial strategy and growth, while you lead daily operations and team performance at the location level. What You Will Own 1. Daily Operations Leadership
  • Oversee all day-to-day spa operations
  • Ensure seamless scheduling, staffing, and service flow
  • Maintain discipline around SOPs and operational standards
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for the location 2. Team Leadership & Culture
  • Lead, coach, and develop technicians and front desk team
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training processes
  • Maintain a professional, performance-driven environment
  • Hold team members accountable to service and behavior standards 3. Client Experience & Brand Standards
  • Deliver a consistent luxury, white-glove client experience
  • Handle client concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Monitor and respond to reviews (Google, social platforms)
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism with high-profile clients 4. Performance & Reporting
  • Track and report weekly KPIs to ownership
  • Identify issues and propose actionable solutions
  • Execute initiatives and improvements provided by leadership 5. Training & Quality Control
  • Ensure all service protocols are followed precisely
  • Support ongoing staff training and development
  • Maintain strict quality control across all services 6. Inventory & Facility Management
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supply levels
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness
  • Oversee linens, tools, and product usage Who You Are
  • 2-5+ years in spa, salon, hospitality, or luxury service management
  • Strong leadership presence and team management ability
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Experience working with high-end or VIP clientele is strongly preferred
  • Strong proficiency with POS and spa management systems (Meevo, Zenoti, or similar), including scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking Growth Opportunity This role is designed as a leadership track position. High performers will have the opportunity to grow into:

    $70,000
  • $80,000
  • Performance Bonus:

Total Compensation Potential:
$85,000
