Job Description

Position Spa Supervisor (Medispa)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our medispa. This role ensures exceptional client experiences, supports staff performance, and maintains smooth front and back office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily spa operations, including scheduling, client flow, and staff coverage Lead, support, and coach front desk and clinical staff Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction Handle client concerns and resolve issues professionally Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance management Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies Ensure compliance with health, safety, and medispa regulations Support sales goals, promotions, and membership programs
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a spa, medical spa, or healthcare setting required Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of skincare treatments or aesthetic services is a plus 2-5 years of experience in a spa, medical spa, or healthcare setting At least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
Preferred Skills:
Sales and customer retention experience Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor Strong leadership and team management Excellent customer service and client relations Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with scheduling and booking systems Problem-solving and conflict resolution
Pay:
$62,641.46 - $79,417.67 per year
