Front Desk - Beauty Enthusiast

At VaZa Salon, we believe in pairing great hair with an exceptional client experience, and that starts from the very first call. Our front desk is the heart of the salon . We're looking for a beauty enthusiast who thrives in a high-end environment, loves working with people, and takes pride in creating a seamless, elevated experience for every client. Who You Are Passionate about beauty, hair, and the salon environment A natural people person who builds connections effortlessly Organized, proactive, and confident managing a busy schedule Calm under pressure with strong multitasking skills A leader who takes ownership and brings positive energy to the team Reliable, mature, and looking for a long-term position What You'll Do Be the first impression, greet clients warmly and guide their experience Manage appointment scheduling, client flow, and stylist timing efficiently Handle POS transactions and support retail sales Recommend products and services to elevate each client's visit Maintain a clean, polished, and welcoming front desk environment Monitor client feedback and communicate concerns to management Support marketing efforts and contribute ideas to improve the client experience Help maintain the VaZa standard: professionalism, positivity, and teamwork What We're Looking For Previous customer service or front desk experience (salon experience is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Comfortable with technology (booking systems, POS, etc.) Open to coaching, growth, and feedback A positive, solutions-focused mindset Why VaZa Salon Supportive leadership and team culture Hands-on training and growth opportunities A high-end, team-driven salon environment
