Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare products and retail sales opportunities. Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client success stories, and engage with the community. Assist with front desk duties including guest services, appointment scheduling, and handling inquiries professionally. Implement upselling strategies to enhance revenue while ensuring client satisfaction. Coordinate with management on staffing schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations.
