Job Description
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Cincinnati, Ohio is looking for a personable manager who can train, develop and manage our busy and fast-paced spa! The Spa Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales and service professionals and achieving sales goals on a weekly basis. The Spa Manager Position responsibilities include: Leading a staff of service professionals and front desk associates Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with structured discipline Delivering outstanding customer experiences in spa services and retail operations Achieving financial results and goals Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays Ability to help cover shifts in the event of a call out Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials Most importantly, motivate and cheer on our team to success everyday! We are looking for someone with a lot of energy and passion for developing people.
