GENERAL MANAGER

The General Manager will oversee multiple salon locations throughout Ohio and provide leadership, operational support, and coaching to Salon Managers.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of salon operations across multiple locations Lead, coach, and support 7-12 Salon Managers Manage and motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer service and salon performance Drive operational excellence and accountability across all locations Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and sanitation standards Address customer concerns and support positive guest experiences Drive retail sales through merchandising and promotional initiatives Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for growth Travel regularly between salon locations as needed

Requirements:

Active Cosmetology License Salon management experience Multi-unit leadership experience preferred Ability and willingness to travel throughout Ohio

ASSISTANT SALON MANAGER

The Assistant Salon Manager will partner closely with the Salon Manager at our Liberty Square location while continuing to provide services behind the chair.

Responsibilities:

Support daily salon operations Assist with team coaching, scheduling, and salon performance Help maintain company standards and customer service expectations Provide haircut services and maintain an active presence on the salon floor Support retail sales initiatives Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team development Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Help create a positive and productive salon culture

Requirements:
