Your role is integral to setting the tone for a client's relaxing, welcoming and enjoyable time spent while in our care. Whether you're interested in a career in cosmetology or simply want to be part of a vibrant work environment, this may be the job for you. Some of the job responsibilities include (but not limited to): warmly greeting guests, supporting the stylist team with guest setups including a luxurious shampoo experience, monitoring salon inventory and "behind the scenes" systems, assisting the stylists with customized treatments and toners for each guest and, most importantly, taking pride in the overall appearance of the salon and spa.

Salon Assistant Requirements:

Must have a passion for people and guest service Demonstrate hair care product knowledge and promote solutions to guests Support salon & spa experience through maintaining cleanliness and safety of work areas Possess strong interpersonal, oral communication and listening skills Ability to be flexible and adapt to business needs Reliable and available to work various schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays Must be knowledgeable about hair care products, be able to perform physical work and tolerate a salon & spa environment, and possess excellent communication and human relation skills No salon experience necessary. We will train the right candidate!

Rate of Pay:

$12 an hour + tips
