We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and charismatic Salon Coordinator / Assistant Manager to be the heartbeat of our daily operations and the face of our business. The Role This isn't just a receptionist job—it's a critical leadership and hospitality role. You will manage the flow of the salon, act as the primary liaison between our talented styling team and our guests, and drive the client experience. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience:
Warmly greet clients, manage check-ins/check-outs, and ensure every guest feels pampered and valued.
Appointment & Schedule Management:
Optimize the salon booking system to maximize stylist productivity, book appointments, handle incoming calls, and manage waitlists and confirmations.
Team Support:
Support the styling and assistant team by managing floor flow, communication, and daily scheduling adjustments while working collaboratively with the team using excellent leadership skills and kindness.
Retail & Inventory:
Drive retail sales through product recommendations, manage inventory, and keep display areas looking immaculate.
Daily Operations:
Open/close the salon, manage cash drawer reconciliation, maintain front-desk cleanliness, manage staff scheduling, and handle basic administrative tasks.
Social Media:
Oversee, post, and manage salon presence and communication on our Social Media outlets.
What We Are Looking For Experience:
1-2+ years of experience in high-end retail, hospitality, salon front desk, or customer service management preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure with a smile.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable learning and utilizing salon software (e.g., Salon Target, Mindbody, Meevo, Phorest, Boulevard) and basic social media tools.
Mindset:
A proactive problem-solver with a professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
