Sola Salon Studios is the nation's leading salon suite brand where independent beauty professionals (hairstylists, estheticians, nail techs, barbers, etc.) run their own thriving mini-salons. Our suites fill fast, and we need a proactive manager to keep them full, support our tenants, and maintain excellent properties. What You'll Do (Primary Responsibilities): Revenue Management Collaborate with owners and our marketing agency to generate high-quality tenant leads Set up and manage CRM systems to convert leads efficiently and effectively Respond promptly to leads, schedule and conduct professional on site suite tours, sign up new tenants, and manage the full move-in process Help execute pricing strategies and promotions Provide outstanding service and build strong relationships with tenants to maximize renewals and retention Property and Community Management Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and vendors on property-related issues Streamline repair and maintenance processes with a focus on both cost control and quality Maintain adequate supplies stock across both properties Gather tenant feedback regularly, proactively improve the tenant experience, and escalate emerging issues to owners Plan occasional community-building events (open houses, small gatherings, etc.) You're a

Great Fit If You:

Live in or near College Station/Bryan, TX (required) Have strong organizational and customer service skills with a proactive, independent work style Respond quickly to messages and take pride in delivering great experiences for the Sola pros Are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities Have reliable transportation for occasional studio visits Bonus (but not required): Beauty industry knowledge, prior salon/spa experience, property management, or CRM tools experience

Schedule & Compensation:

Flexible hybrid schedule - Most work can be done remotely with 1-2 on-site visits per week.

Total expected hours:

10-30 per week depending on the needs of the business.

Compensation :

$25/hour + annual performance and retention bonuses to be negotiated. This is a W2 employment position. Mileage and approved expenses are reimbursed. No benefits.
