This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, experience in customer service, and a passion for marketing and social media. Duties Lead and supervise all spa operations, including treatment services, guest relations, and facility management to ensure top-tier standards of service. Manage shift schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and oversee daily staffing to maintain smooth workflow and high guest satisfaction. Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for spa services and special events to attract new clientele and retain loyal guests. Oversee event management within the spa setting, including hosting wellness workshops, themed nights, or exclusive guest events that enhance the guest experience. Maintain comprehensive report writing on operational performance, guest feedback, staff performance, and financial metrics to inform strategic decisions. Supervise team members' training and development in customer service excellence, treatment techniques, safety protocols, and product knowledge. Handle cash management procedures accurately during shifts and ensure compliance with financial policies related to billing and payments. Requirements Proven leadership experience in a hospitality or resort setting with supervisory responsibilities in a spa or wellness environment. Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills to engage guests effectively. Demonstrated experience managing events or nightclub functions that require coordination of multiple activities simultaneously. Knowledge of report writing for operational analysis, staff evaluations, and guest satisfaction metrics. Skilled in shift management, supervising staff, and ensuring high standards of guest services are consistently met. Experience with cash handling procedures and financial transactions within a hospitality context. Previous assistant manager or managerial experience in a resort or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
