About The Role The Loc District is seeking a Seasonal Salon Support Coordinator to support daily salon operations during a period of growth and increased client demand. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, confident communicating with clients, and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury salon environment. This position plays an important role in maintaining the client experience, supporting salon flow, assisting with content capture, and ensuring the salon remains clean, welcoming, and professionally maintained throughout the day. This is a seasonal support position. While future opportunities may become available, long-term employment is not guaranteed. Responsibilities Client Experience & Front Desk Support Welcome clients warmly and maintain a professional salon atmosphere Answer phone calls and assist clients with general questions, scheduling support, and appointment communication Assist with client check-in and check-out processes using salon booking and point-of-sale systems Support client flow and overall front desk operations throughout the day Assist with review collection and client experience follow-up as directed Content Support Capture daily photo and video content throughout the salon including before-and-after results, service process clips, and salon atmosphere content Ensure content is captured consistently each shift according to salon standards Upload and organize content files to the salon drive or send files directly to the Social Media Manager as instructed This role is not responsible for editing or posting content Salon Cleaning & Maintenance Clean and sanitize salon tools and shared equipment according to salon standards Maintain cleanliness of styling stations, shampoo areas, reception areas, and common spaces Restock supplies and maintain organization throughout the shift Clean and maintain bathroom areas throughout the day Remove trash and assist with opening and closing reset tasks as assigned General Salon Support Assist stylists and team members with daily operational support tasks Help maintain a smooth, organized, and elevated salon environment Support the team in maintaining efficiency during busy service periods Qualifications Previous customer service, hospitality, salon, retail, or front desk experience preferred Comfortable answering phone calls and communicating professionally with clients in person and over the phone Comfortable using technology including mobile devices, POS systems, and scheduling systems Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing for extended periods and completing cleaning tasks throughout the shift Professional appearance and presentation required while on shift Comfortable taking direction, supporting a team environment, and maintaining professionalism in the workplace Interest in beauty, wellness, social media, or salon operations is a plus Success In This Role You will thrive in this role if you enjoy creating a welcoming environment, supporting a team, staying organized, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and contributing behind the scenes to create an exceptional client experience.
