As the first and final point of contact, this role supports both the front desk and daily spa operations to ensure an elevated, calm, and impeccably maintained environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a luxury experience Manage booking, check-in, and check-out using Vagaro Answer phones and respond to client inquiries with clarity and care Support daily spa flow by preparing rooms, assisting with laundry, and maintaining pristine shared spaces Process payments and handle retail transactions accurately Help keep the spa organized, stocked, and guest-ready at all times Qualifications Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication skills and natural attention to detail Highly organized with the ability to multitask Passion for wellness, beauty, and exceptional service
