We are seeking an exceptional Spa Manager to lead the front experience of our high-end luxury foot massage spa located on King Street. This role is ideal for someone who is polished, warm, highly organized, and naturally excels at creating an elevated client experience. The ideal candidate for us is: professional and impeccably presented friendly, welcoming, and emotionally intelligent highly organized with excellent calendar and scheduling management skills punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented confident communicating with high-end clientele calm under pressure and able to multitask gracefully well-spoken with strong interpersonal and customer service skills capable of maintaining a serene, luxurious atmosphere at all times Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Managing the daily spa calendar and appointment flow Coordinating therapists and treatment schedules efficiently Greeting and assisting guests with warmth and professionalism Maintaining exceptional client communication and follow-up Ensuring the spa environment reflects luxury, calm, and excellence Handling scheduling adjustments and operational details seamlessly Supporting the Owner, the team and overall guest satisfaction
