OPPORTUNITY
The Lash Lounge is seeking an experienced Operations/Sales Manager to lead daily execution, drive revenue performance, and develop a polished, high-performing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is experienced at managing people, leads with integrity, excels in sales, and is highly proficient in systems, consistently delivering premium client experiences.
THE ROLE
The Operations/Sales Manager is responsible for overall business performance, including operations, team leadership, sales execution, systems implementation, and maintaining luxury-level service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring daily floor presence, active coaching, and leading with integrity to inspire and hold the team accountable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations & Systems Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, consistent, and high-quality service delivery Execute scheduling, staffing, and workflow planning to support a premium client experience Maintain mastery of internal systems, reporting tools, and procedures Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements Learn new systems quickly and train team members effectively Team Leadership & Training Lead, coach, and develop front-line team members to uphold high-end service standards Train team members on systems, processes, and consultative sales behaviors Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable while modeling integrity and professionalism Conduct performance conversations with fairness, clarity, and respect Foster a polished, service-oriented, and high-accountability culture Sales & Revenue Performance Drive revenue, recurring sales, and add-on purchases in a premium service environment Actively sell services and offerings when interacting with clients Coach and train team members on sales techniques and client communication Monitor sales performance and provide ongoing feedback Partner with ownership on promotions and growth initiatives Client Communication & Experience Communicate confidently, professionally, and warmly with clients Manage client expectations and handle concerns with discretion and sound judgment Resolve issues while protecting the integrity of the brand and client relationships Build long-term loyalty through trust, consistency, and elevated service
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Must-Haves Proven experience managing people and leading teams with integrity Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making High proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Highly system-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly and train others Demonstrated sales ability, including comfort selling services and coaching others to sell Strong client communication skills with a polished, professional presence 5+ years managing a team of 8+ employees in a high-touch service, retail, or hospitality environment Experience driving revenue, recurring income, or performance-based goals Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Willingness to lead from the floor and support the team daily Nice-to-Haves Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium service businesses Background in appointment-based or recurring-revenue models Experience with CRM, scheduling, or POS systems Marketing or local business promotion experience
