Our family-owned Spring Hill location is part of one of the fastest-growing IV therapy franchises in the country. Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on Spa Manager to lead daily operations, drive membership growth, oversee team performance, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role combines leadership, sales, customer engagement, and clinical oversight in a fast-growing wellness spa environment. Qualifications Active RN or Paramedic license Strong IV insertion and injection skills Previous leadership or personnel management experience preferred Sales, membership, or customer service experience strongly preferred Knowledge of IV therapy and wellness treatments Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Lead day-to-day spa operations and team performance Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage staff Maintain scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and operational efficiency Foster a positive, high-accountability team culture Ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols Sales & Customer Experience Drive membership growth, client retention, and overall spa performance Educate clients on IV therapies, injections, and wellness plans Support promotions, community outreach, and local business growth Monitor KPIs and coach team members on sales and service performance Deliver a luxury-level client experience from consultation through follow-up Clinical Oversight Perform IV therapy and injection services Provide client consultations and assess contraindications Support safe and compliant clinical practices among staff Serve as primary liaison for escalated clinical concerns with the Medical Director Compensation & Benefits $32-35/hour based on experience Additional earning potential through tips and commission ($5-10/hour typical) Employee discounts Flexible scheduling Full-time position averaging 40 hours/week Spa Hours 10am
