We are looking for a Stylist cum Salon Managers to join our fun and family-oriented teams. As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results. With an existing large client base, you will be joining an established team with lots of resources to ensure your success! The manager's core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a high-quality customer experience, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. The manager will be balancing time between providing a top-notch stylist experience and coaching the team to be successful. JOB REQUIREMENTS A

valid TX cosmetology license Salon management, 3 year (Preferred) Supercuts experience is a plus but not a requirement Ability to work a flexible schedule
