The Role We're looking for a warm, driven, and operationally strong Salon Director to lead one of our salon locations. This is not a traditional management position. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who takes ownership, inspires teams, drives growth, and is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for both guests and employees. You will be the heartbeat of the salon—leading the team, maintaining operational excellence, driving revenue growth, and ensuring every guest receives the level of service that has made Glam India a trusted name in beauty. Responsibilities:
Operations & Guest Experience Oversee all day-to-day salon operations Ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience from check-in to checkout Maintain salon presentation, cleanliness, and brand standards Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently Monitor appointment flow and service quality Ensure operational excellence across all areas of the business Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and inspire a team of beauty professionals Recruit, onboard, and train new team members Conduct performance reviews and ongoing coaching sessions Foster a positive, professional, and results-driven culture Hold team members accountable to company standards and expectations Sales & Revenue Growth Drive membership sales, package sales, and retail product revenue Monitor monthly revenue goals and hold the team accountable to performance Develop and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal events Build relationships that turn first-time clients into loyal, long-term advocates Increase guest retention, rebooking rates, and overall salon performance Create a culture focused on service excellence and revenue growth Inventory & Store Management Manage inventory levels and salon supplies Monitor product usage and minimize waste Ensure retail displays are fully stocked and professionally presented Coordinate inventory transfers and operational needs between locations Maintain efficient salon systems and processes
Requirements:
Must hold a valid Cosmetology License for a minimum of three (3) years Must be actively working under and utilizing your professional license Minimum two (2) years of management experience in a salon, spa, med spa, or beauty-related business Proven ability to lead and motivate teams Strong understanding of salon operations and guest experience Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Must have a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as business needs require Must be passionate about the beauty industry and committed to professional excellence
