Spa Manager - Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa | South Austin At Hand & Stone, opportunity knocks — and we're looking for a strong leader ready to help build something great. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in South Austin is seeking an energetic, driven, and people-focused Spa Manager to lead daily operations, grow business performance, and create an engaging, high-performing culture for both guests and team members. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching teams, driving results, solving problems, and building an environment where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. Our ideal candidate understands how to balance accountability with support and knows that great operations start with great communication, consistency, and leadership. As Spa Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day business while helping lead sales growth, team development, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For:
A natural leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or operations management Someone who enjoys motivating teams and building positive workplace culture Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Strong business mindset with the ability to analyze numbers and drive performance Comfortable coaching, mentoring, and holding teams accountable Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions Spa, wellness, or membership-based business experience is a plus — but not required
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily spa operations and team performance Create and implement strategies to increase sales, memberships, retail, and profitability Analyze business performance and use reporting/data to drive decisions Manage schedules to maximize staffing efficiency and guest experience Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and overall spa presentation Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and resolve service concerns professionally Monitor budgets and operational expenses Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations Build a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, growth, and customer care What's In It For You?
