Job Description

ABOUT US
Golden Nails Salon and Spa is a luxury nail salon committed to providing exceptional service in a welcoming and professional environment. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Salon Receptionist/Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients and help manage daily operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and check in clients with a warm, professional attitude. Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, and online booking systems. Handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and assist with client requests. Process payments, manage transactions, and handle the cash register. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area. Support salon staff in coordinating daily schedules and workflow. Assist with inventory tracking, supply orders, and salon organization.
REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or front desk role (salon/spa experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using booking systems, POS software, and Google Sheets (or willingness to learn). Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Basic math skills to handle transactions, calculate totals, and manage cash accurately.
