• Dual Barber and Cosmetology license preferred but I am open to a solid barber or a COSMO who can Fade
• Starting Service Dollar Commission of 53% + Salary to be negotiated based on experience + Monthly bonuses based on shop performance + 25% Product Commission.
• Opportunity to promote to the shop manager after 4 Months based on performance and enjoy increased Commission, salary and Monthly Bonuses.
