We're known for exceptional hospitality, a serene environment, and transformative wellness services. We're hiring a Spa Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and deliver five-star guest experiences. What We're Looking For We're looking for a hands-on leader who is passionate about people, spa, wellness, and service. You must have experience managing teams and delivering outstanding guest experiences in spa, hospitality, or gym environments

Responsibilities Team Leadership:

Build a positive, high-performance team culture Lead by example and support front desk operations Train and coach team members to reach individual KPIs Manage staff schedules and performance

Operations:

Ensure spa cleanliness, safety, and guest flow Manage inventory and place product orders Assist with marketing campaigns and membership growth Use systems like Mindbody, Gusto, or Google Suite (a plus)

Track Budget Build Membership Guest Experience:

Greet and support guests with warmth and professionalism Handle escalated issues with calm, solution-focused leadership Ensure a seamless and luxurious experience from check-in to checkout

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of management experience (spa, hospitality, or gym preferred) Comfortable handling both leadership and front desk responsibilities Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Flexible availability (must be available at least one weekend day ) Passion for spa, wellness, and service excellence Must be a self starter Must not fear technology Lifetime learner (preferred) Why Join Riviera Spa?
