In this role, you will oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, and maintain a welcoming environment for clients. Your leadership will drive service excellence, uphold sanitation standards, and promote retail sales. Duties Supervise daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery Lead and motivate nail technicians and support staff to meet performance goals and uphold service standards Manage appointment scheduling, client consultations, and service execution with professionalism and enthusiasm Maintain strict sanitation protocols in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety Oversee retail sales by promoting nail care products, cosmetics, and additional beauty services through upselling techniques Train staff on new techniques such as nail art, gel applications, and advanced treatments like dermabrasion or esthetic laser procedures Monitor inventory levels of supplies and products, ensuring timely reordering and cost control Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster positive client relationships to encourage repeat business Skills Extensive knowledge of nail care techniques including color theory application and nail art design Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients Understanding of sanitation standards specific to beauty salons to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Proficiency in cosmetology practices such as hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and barbering is a plus Experience with retail sales strategies, upselling techniques, and retail math for maximizing revenue opportunities Familiarity with advanced treatments like esthetic laser therapy or dermabrasion is desirable but not mandatory Excellent communication skills to lead team meetings, train staff, and interact confidently with clients Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic salon environment Join us as a Nail Salon Manager where your passion for beauty meets leadership!
