Spazio Med Spa Spazio Med Spa, located in McAllen, Texas, is a premier destination for beauty, wellness, and advanced aesthetic care. With 14 years of experience, we are committed to helping our clients look and feel their best through personalized treatments designed to enhance natural beauty, rejuvenate the skin, and promote overall well-being. Our practice is led by a Medical Director who specializes in Endocrinology and Aesthetic Medicine, ensuring that every treatment is performed with the highest standards of medical expertise, safety, and care. In a modern, relaxing, and welcoming environment, we combine advanced technology, proven techniques, and exceptional service to deliver visible results and an outstanding patient experience. We are currently seeking a full-time Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing Medical Spa in McAllen, Texas. The Operations Manager will be responsible for team coordination, operational efficiency, KPI tracking, patient experience, staff accountability, and the implementation of company systems and procedures. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering operational excellence in a fast-paced healthcare and aesthetic environment. Responsibilities Operations Oversee daily spa operations Team Leadership Lead weekly team meetings Support staff development and accountability Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training Maintain communication across departments Client Wellness & Experience Ability to create and maintain a welcoming, wellness-focused environment that promotes client comfort, trust, and satisfaction. Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service with empathy, professionalism, and personalized attention. Experience addressing client concerns effectively while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach. Ability to monitor and improve client satisfaction, engagement, and retention through consistent follow-up and service excellence. Passion for supporting clients throughout their wellness journey and fostering long-term relationships. Performance & Growth Track KPIs and operational metrics Support membership growth initiatives Monitor lead follow-up processes Assist in achieving quarterly business goals Coordinate staff schedules and workflow Monitor operational efficiency Assist with inventory management Ensure SOP compliance
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in operations management, healthcare, medical spa, or a related field preferred. Ability to analyze and track KPIs and operational performance metrics. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Commitment to providing an exceptional patient and client experience.
