Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of salon operations, including scheduling, floor coverage, and inventory management Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns Maintain TDLR requirements Coach your Stylist Team Members to improve and maximize their skills and professionalism- Cash management responsibilities
- daily sales/deposit accuracy, regular cash bank deposits, discount management and tracking
- Understand Salon Ultimate to track salon's performance
- daily/weekly/quarterly/ annual sales Complete monthly product/retail inventory
- Attend and participate in performance meetings
- bi-weekly and monthly
Qualifications:
