We're looking for a Receptionist / Salon Coordinator who brings a warm smile, upbeat attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to kids and their families. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude Manage appointments, check-ins and overall client flow Answer phone calls, texts and customer inquiries professionally Educate customers on retail products and services Maintain a clean, organized and inviting front desk area Ensure salon cleanliness by disinfecting tools and work areas Assist with retail sales, stocking and visual displays Support stylists to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with shampooing or basic services (e.g., mini manicures), as needed What We're Looking For Energetic, friendly and customer-focused personality Strong communication and multitasking skills Team player with a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, kid-friendly environment Why Join Us?
