Job Description

Assistant Spa Manager We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Spa Manager to help lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves people, enjoys building meaningful relationships, takes initiative, approaches challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, and executes tasks with intention and attention to detail. The Assistant Spa Manager will be responsible for managing front desk operations, overseeing client interactions, maintaining inventory levels, supporting team members, and contributing to the spa's overall growth and revenue goals. Weekly schedule will be Tuesday- Saturday Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions, providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and through digital communications. Create a warm, welcoming environment where every client feels valued, comfortable, and at home from the moment they walk through our doors. Build genuine relationships with clients and help foster a positive and memorable spa experience. Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out procedures, and payment processing. Handle client concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate records and ensure all client transactions are processed correctly. Monitor, order, receive, and maintain retail and back-bar inventory to ensure products are stocked and organized. Track inventory usage and assist in controlling costs and minimizing waste. Serve as a key point of contact for team members, providing support and troubleshooting assistance for daily operational challenges and questions. Support daily spa operations and help ensure a seamless experience for both clients and staff. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional spa environment at all times, including reception areas, treatment areas, floors, bathrooms, and common spaces. Assist with routine cleaning and upkeep to ensure the spa consistently meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Assist with staff support, operational coordination, and administrative tasks as needed. Drive revenue growth through client retention, membership sales, package sales, retail sales, rebooking strategies, and exceptional customer service. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance the guest experience. Help achieve monthly sales goals and key performance indicators. Maintain a professional, positive, and solution-focused presence within the spa. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of front desk experience required; spa, salon, wellness, hospitality, or beauty industry experience preferred. Must genuinely enjoy working with people and have a passion for creating outstanding client experiences. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and complete all tasks with intention and accuracy. Comfortable leading by example and supporting team members in day-to-day operations. Proven customer service and sales experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Boulevard booking and spa management software. Experience managing inventory and retail sales. Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience. Compensation Compensation will be based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based incentives tied to sales, memberships, client retention, and overall spa growth. The average income for this role is $60,000-80,000 depending on bonuses. Pay:
$22.38 - $26.95 per hour
