Barber Shop Manager 2838 North Loop 1604 East, San Antonio, TX 78232 From $2,500 a month - Full-time From $2,500 a month - Full-time We are seeking a seasoned Manager to absorb oversight of and ensure the growth of our Redland location.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST AT A MINIMUM HAVE THE
- Experience successfully managing a Barber Shop
- Ability to develop subordinates, the stamina to follow up and follow though, the diligence to enforce standards and develop corrective plans of action
- Technical expertise and confidence to coach staff on their performance gaps.
- Confidence to advise senior leaders on required adjustments and initiate uncomfortable conversations as needed
- Familiarity with product inventory and sales techniques and able to develop staff accordingly
- Competence to manage a budget prioritizing supplies purchases and other acquisitions in support of the Shop
- Multifaceted expertise and maturity to collaborate with various stakeholders including Marketing and Operations in ensuring the needs of their staff and customers are met.
- Mental agility to establish and maintain an environment culture that is welcoming to customers, comfortable work environment to staff and conducive to the upward mobility of Managers.
- The flexibility to work 6 days per week and ensure adequate staffing and coverage at all times
