Hands On Salon Manager - Bandera Rd

AWESOME opportunity for a senior level licensed (either cosmetologist or barber) salon manager that wants to grow to the next level. We are looking for an excellent leader with a strong management history to mentor into a successful management position embracing a job scope with a different day every day. Great Clips, Sports Clips management experience is preferred, but not required. We are in search of a manager skill package that includes a strong reliable role model with a kind approach to develop staff but able to drive accountability leading to steady consistent growth. Requirements for this position:

Great Clips experience is a huge plus or high volume hair salon management experience 3+ years salon management experience Full time, with a mostly flexible schedule; Weekends are a must Strong communication skills with team members and general manager Strong haircutting skills (Ability to train other hair stylists is a HUGE plus) Willingness to learn new skills and open to feedback

Compensation & Benefits:

$17-20/hour is just base hourly pay for being at work! Productivity commission is offered for high producers Product sales incentive without a threshold to hit- Start earning right away! PTO accrual after 6 months of employment 3 paid holidays Medical, dental & vision offered for full time employees where we pay 60%!!
