Spa Manager

Spa Habitat is currently hiring an experienced Spa Manager to manage our Spa Habitat location in Southlake, Texas!

Position requirements are as follows:

At least three years of spa, retail and/or hospitality management experience Ability to inspire, manage and motivate multiple teams of employees, including massage therapists, estheticians, and front desk associates Ability to hold teams accountable to Spa Habitat guidelines and expectations, providing performance management when needed Ability to work independently as a key holder, opening and closing the store, managing inventory, cash drawer, scheduling, etc. Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly goals by managing staffing, sales and expenses Ability to answer phones and emails, and book guest appointments with proficiency Experience with spa or hotel guest booking software preferred Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization at all times Set a high standard and lead by example All Spa Habitat employees must have a professional and friendly demeanor, a positive attitude, and flexible work hours, including weekends.
