What You'll Do:

Lead, motivate, and support our talented team of stylists Ensure every client receives outstanding service and leaves feeling confident and happy Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and sales goals Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon atmosphere Drive the success of the salon through strong leadership and excellent customer experience

What We're Looking For:

Active Cosmetology License in the state of Utah Previous salon management experience or strong leadership experience in a fast-paced service environment A positive, professional attitude with excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively A team player who can coach and inspire others while rolling up your sleeves when needed
