Spa Manager- High-Energy Team Leader & Sales Driver (Hand & Stone Pleasant Grove) Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa - 3.1 Pleasant Grove, UT Job Details Full-time $50,000 - $65,000 a year 1 hour ago Benefits Paid time off Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Management Sales Employee relationship building Driver's License Full Job Description About Us We are a Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Pleasant Grove, UT. This is a strong opportunity to lead our Pleasant Grove location as we grow our multi-spa business. You'll have solid operational support and the chance to make a real impact on team culture, guest experience, and results. We're looking for a high-energy, people-focused leader who builds positive momentum and delivers. The Role We need a hands-on Spa Manager who leads our front-desk sales team and service providers, owns daily operations, and shapes a high-performing, positive team culture. You'll influence the team through daily interactions and one-on-ones, drive sales and service excellence, and work closely with regional leadership to deliver growth, happy employees, and happy clients. Spa experience is not required — we'll teach you the systems. What matters most is your ability to lead people, drive results, and build trust through positive, relationship-based leadership. What You'll Do Recruit, train, and motivate the front-desk sales team and service providers to hit strong conversion, membership, retail, and upgrade goals while delivering excellent guest experiences. Lead by example with energy, warmth, and professionalism in daily interactions and one-on-ones — setting a positive, collaborative tone that keeps the team aligned, motivated, and focused on clear goals and wins. Own scheduling, performance management, inventory, compliance, and smooth daily operations. Drive revenue, average ticket, rebooking, retail attachment, and client satisfaction metrics. Handle guest feedback with empathy and turn issues into loyalty opportunities. Build trust and strong relationships with the team and regional leadership while creating a unified, positive, solutions-focused culture. What You Bring Proven experience leading and motivating sales-driven, customer-facing teams (retail, hospitality, fitness, or similar — spa experience is a plus but not required). Naturally warm, charismatic, high-energy style that builds real connections and inspires others. Strong track record of driving sales results while keeping teams engaged and positive. Experience building team culture or leading through change/turnarounds is highly valued. Comfortable leading through influence and relationships (one-on-ones and shift-level communication) rather than rigid processes. Solid with KPIs, scheduling software, and POS systems (training provided). Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings. Solutions-oriented professional who takes ownership of results and thrives in collaborative environments. What We Offer $50k-$65k OTE (base + performance bonuses tied to growth and KPIs). Strong leadership support in a growing multi-location business, with a clear path to work under an experienced regional manager. Real opportunity to make a visible impact and build something you're proud of. PTO, wellness benefits, free services, and employee discounts. Backing of the Hand & Stone brand (systems, training, and recognition programs).
