Our mission is to create an exceptional client experience while building a supportive, professional, and growth-oriented environment for our team. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Spa Manager to help oversee daily operations, support our team, and work closely with ownership to strengthen systems, processes, and overall business performance. Position Overview This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys both people management and business operations. The Spa Manager will work directly with the owner and collaborate closely with our Administrative Assistant to support the continued growth of the business. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects and responsibilities. We are looking for someone who can help create structure, improve efficiency, support team development, and ensure a consistently excellent client experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily spa operations and front desk performance Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members Manage team scheduling and coverage Support employee training, accountability, and performance management Help develop and maintain operational procedures and systems Ensure exceptional client service and client retention Monitor memberships, client feedback, and overall guest experience Work closely with ownership on business growth initiatives and special projects Partner with the Administrative Assistant on operational, marketing, and organizational projects Assist with inventory management and supply ordering Maintain a professional, organized, and positive work environment Qualifications Previous management, leadership, spa, wellness, hospitality, or operations experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead with professionalism, accountability, and empathy Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Comfortable with technology and learning new systems Ability to work independently and take initiative Experience with scheduling, team management, hiring, or customer service is highly preferred What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is dependable, professional, and genuinely invested in helping a small business grow.
