Sport Clips of Chester is now hiring a manager! We are looking for a licensed stylist with an enthusiastic attitude to manage our store in Chester! We offer a guaranteed base pay along with great tips!! We also support the growth of our team through paid training and continuing education, fun contests, and award recognition. Come join the leading hair care franchise for men and boys!! New manag $30-45/hour including base pay, commission and tips.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our fun and family-oriented team. As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results. The manager's core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential.

JOB REQUIREMENTS A
valid cosmetology or barber license Ability to work a flexible schedule Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills Industry passion. 2 years of salon management $30-45/hour including base pay, commission and tips.
