Job Description
- Must be a licensed Cosmetologist or Barber to apply Sport Clips in Hazel Dell is looking for an ambitious, energetic, positive, and highly motivated Salon Manager to lead our growing store & team.

Job Purpose:
The Manager reports to the Area Manager and is accountable for the effective operation of the business. The Manager's objective is to develop successful Team Members into leaders & to develop a profitable, growing business. The Manager is responsible for providing direction & control for day to day operations as well as Stylist duties. Must be able to multitask stylist duties as well as growing a team of 8+ stylists. Management duties include (but are not limited to) scheduling, inventory, marketing, improving the sales of the business, analyzing store reports, and can use Microsoft excel.The Ideal Candidate :
