We are located on 1541 N Water St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experiance:
Several years of experience in the
SALON OR BEATY
INDUSTRY, with a proven track record of leadership Management skills: strong managerial and organizational skills to oversee salon operations and effectively lead a team Customers service: Excellent customer service skills to ensure clients satifaction and loyalty communication skills for interacting with clients,staff,and other stakeholder.
business acumen:
understand of business principle, including budgeting, financial management and marketing.
leadership:
Ability to inspire and lead a team,fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Industry knowledge :up
  • to-date of salon trend, Beauty products, and industry best practices Problem
  • solving: Strong problem
  • solving abilities to address challenges that may arise in daily salon operations.
sales and marketing:
Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies to promote salon services and attract clients.
Licensing and compliance:
Compliance with relevent licensing requirement and knowledge of healthy and safety regulations.
Front desk:
