Maintain a clean, organized workspace equipped with sewing tools and materials essential for high-quality garment production. Experience Proven experience in sewing, garment construction, or tailoring within a fashion retail or bridal environment. Skilled in operating sewing machines and hand-sewing techniques for delicate fabrics and intricate designs. Familiarity with basic math skills for measurements, pattern adjustments, and fabric calculations. Knowledge of fashion retail operations and customer service principles is a plus. Ability to interpret design sketches or client requests into detailed garments with precision and care.
