Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Seamstress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flag construction and a strong background in sewing. Duties Operate sewing machines and other equipment to fabricate flags according to specifications. Perform flag construction tasks, including cutting, sewing, and finishing techniques. Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse environment. Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials. Qualifications Proven experience as a Seamstress or in a similar role within flag manufacturing. Proficiency in using various sewing machines and tools. Strong understanding of fabric types and flag construction techniques. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines.
