Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Embroidery Specialist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality embroidered designs on various garments, ensuring precision and consistency. The ideal candidate will possess strong sewing skills, knowledge of garment construction, and experience working with sewing machines in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our reputation for excellence in custom apparel. Duties Operate embroidery machines to produce detailed and accurate embroidered designs on garments Prepare garments by ensuring proper placement and securing materials before embroidery Maintain and troubleshoot embroidery equipment to ensure optimal performance Verify design accuracy and quality before finalizing each product Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals Assist with garment construction tasks as needed, including sewing and finishing Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards Monitor inventory of embroidery supplies and notify management when restocking is required Experience Proven experience operating sewing machines and embroidery equipment in a manufacturing or warehouse setting Knowledge of garment construction techniques and sewing processes Familiarity with manufacturing workflows and quality control procedures Previous warehouse experience is advantageous Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join our team as an Embroidery Specialist and play a vital role in delivering customized, professional apparel that meets our high standards of quality.
