Seamstress Tailor

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Seamstress/Tailor to handle a variety of clothing alterations and repairs. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and enjoys helping customers look and feel their best. Responsibilities Perform alterations including hemming, tapering, resizing, and repairs Work on a variety of garments (pants, dresses, suits, uniforms, etc.) Conduct fittings with customers and provide recommendations Operate sewing machines and related equipment Maintain a clean and organized workspace Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines Communicate with team and customers as needed Experience Proven experience as a seamstress or tailor Strong knowledge of garment construction and alterations Ability to perform fittings and communicate clearly with customers Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Ability to manage time and workload efficiently Friendly, reliable, and professional Preferred (but not required): Experience in a dry cleaning or alterations shop Experience with formal wear or bridal alterations Why Join Best Cleaners?
