Duties Operate sewing machines efficiently to assemble garments according to specifications and patterns Perform garment construction tasks, including stitching, hemming, and finishing details with accuracy and attention to detail Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to design standards Follow detailed sewing instructions and work from technical sketches or patterns provided by designers Maintain a clean, organized workspace in the manufacturing environment or warehouse setting Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while ensuring quality standards are upheld Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used and reporting shortages or issues promptly Skills Proficiency in sewing machine operation and garment construction techniques Strong knowledge of sewing, stitching, and finishing methods for various fabrics and designs Experience in manufacturing environments or warehouse settings is highly desirable Ability to interpret technical drawings, patterns, and sewing instructions accurately Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout the production process Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Basic understanding of fabric types and sewing tools necessary for professional garment creation Spanish speaking preferred (Bilingual Spanish/English) Join us if you're passionate about crafting beautiful garments with precision and care!
