Duties Operate industrial sewing machines efficiently to assemble and construct table linens according to specifications Cut fabric pieces accurately using pattern templates and ensure proper alignment for seamless assembly Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to design standards Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules to meet deadlines Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot sewing issues and improve workflow processes Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used and reporting shortages Requirements Proven experience in garment construction or sewing within a manufacturing or warehouse setting Proficiency with industrial sewing machines and various sewing techniques Strong understanding of sewing patterns, fabric types, and finishing methods Ability to interpret technical drawings, work instructions, templates and quality standards clearly Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory procedures and safety practices Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle fabric materials comfortably Embark on a fulfilling career where your sewing skills make a tangible difference!
