In this role, you will be responsible for pressing, steaming, and finishing garments to the highest standards, contributing to the overall quality and presentation of our apparel. Your expertise will help maintain our reputation for excellence in garment care, supporting a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities Operate pressing machines, steamers, and other finishing equipment to press garments accurately and efficiently Inspect clothing items for wrinkles, stains, or defects before pressing and ensure they meet quality standards Follow specific garment care instructions to prevent damage during pressing processes Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and safety protocols are followed Collaborate with laundry and dry cleaning teams to ensure timely processing of garments Handle customer garments with care, ensuring proper handling and confidentiality of personal items Assist with basic inventory management of pressing supplies and report any equipment malfunctions promptly Requirements Previous experience in garment pressing, dry cleaning, or laundry services preferred Knowledge of hospitality or hotel experience is a plus, especially in handling guest or customer clothing with professionalism Ability to operate pressing machines and steamers safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality finishings Basic math skills for measuring fabric or adjusting machine settings as needed Excellent customer service skills to interact politely with clients or team members Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Join us in delivering polished, professional garments that leave a lasting impression!
