The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a strong understanding of garment construction. As a Seamstress, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards while providing excellent customer service. This position requires proficiency in using sewing machines and an eye for detail to create beautifully crafted garments. Tailor Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of tailoring and alterations experience Must be experienced in both men's and women's alterations Ability to perform fittings and alterations on suits, jackets, pants, dresses, skirts, and shirts Experience with hems, tapering, resizing, zipper replacements, sleeve adjustments, and repairs Strong knowledge of garment construction and fabrics Ability to operate industrial sewing machines and tailoring equipment Must pay close attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards Strong communication and customer service skills preferred Experience in luxury retail or high-end tailoring preferred but not required Requirements Proven experience in sewing, with a strong understanding of garment construction techniques. Proficiency in operating sewing machines and related equipment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Previous experience in fashion retail is a plus but not mandatory. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
