Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Service Technician for Country Stitches. We are looking for a motivated, mechanically inclined, "handy" team player with a positive attitude. A Sewing Machine Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing customer's sewing machines. These sewing machines range in age and type from a 1940s Singer to 2026 computerized sewing and embroidery machine models. These new state-of-the-art machines have computer boards along with many mechanical moving parts. All service is done in our retail facility. We provide all training and all our technicians are factory certified from all six of our sewing machine manufacturers. This job position includes lifting and moving large sewing machines and cabinets. This is a full-time position. Main work hours are 9am-5pm Monday through Friday.
